With over 20 years of experience, Zach has been a senior manager in several hi-tech companies.
He has considerable experience working in various sectors with companies all over the world.
Possessing extensive technical background, Zach has hands on experience the project management arena, working with variety of products and customers in different geographical regions and project magnitudes. He led projects and processes of improvement and change in organizations, with an emphasis on communication, trust, transparency, and decision-making in a changing environment.

Zach's skills include:

• Court certified mediator
• Run workshops for customers – Define and design project requirements, meeting
  customer representatives in different levels & ranks (both civilian & government).
• Vendor negotiation, contract definition
• Leadership training
• Direct and Matrix management of Project & Program with clear KPIs, budget &
  risks control.

Zach's volunteer services include:

• Mediator in a community mediation center, focusing on the field of business
  organization.
• Mentor and program leader for Hack-autism
