Mark Simon

Mark is a serial entrepreneur, strategic consultant, expert negotiator, and court certified mediator. For over 30 years he has been engaged as an independent consultant, interim CEO, COO, and been a trusted advisor to numerous CEOs, founders, investors as well as a board advisor.

Born and educated in the United States, Mark moved to Israel in 1988 where he served in elite units in the IDF. He has worked with many entrepreneurs, family businesses, high net worth families, and multi-national companies. He has considerable expertise pertaining to entrepreneurial management, conflict resolution and commercialization of intellectual property matters.

Mark has a BA in Economics with Honors (minor in Psychology) from Queens College, New York, an MSc in Management from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University, New York, Negotiation Master Class from Harvard University, Boston, and Negotiation Specialist from Shakla & Tariya, Israel.
